High-End Project Leaders with Oracle Financials
Release 11i Experience
The candidates must have a proven track record implementing and/or supporting
the various Oracle Financials release 11i modules including Oracle General Ledger,
Oracle Accounts Receivables, Oracle Accounts Payable, Oracle Purchasing, Oracle
Inventory, Oracle Fixed Assets and Oracle Projects (Costing and Billing), as
well as project management experience leading a project.
Candidates must have a minimum of BS in Accounting, Computer Sciences, Engineering,
Mathematics and other related fields. In addition an MBA and/or CPA and/or prior
experience as a Finance Director for a Government Agency or a fortune 500 company
is desirable. Must have a minimum of 5 -10 years of consulting experience with
a proven track record.

Oracle Applications Database Administrators
Works with users, Information Systems development staff, system administration
and management to determine data storage and access requirements as well as
other capacity planning issues. When necessary, reallocates resources to maximize
benefits. Defines file organization, indexing methods and security procedures
for specific user applications to achieve performance, uptime and security goals.
Review logical and/or physical designs of existing database(s), make recommendations
for tuning to assure maximum operation efficiency. Work with system administration
to define/implement database system backup and recovery methods. Provide guidance
and expertise in the use of Oracle's programming languages. Performs data and
data loads. Provide database component setups such as patches and upgrades.
Oracle Application DBA Skills: Oracle 8i/9i, Oracle Financials 11i, Unix, Shell
Scripting, Pro*C, SQL, PL/SQL, Java.
Candidates must have a minimum of BS in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics
and other related fields. Oracle Certified Professional certification is desirable.

Oracle Application Developers
Provide programming support with Oracle development tools. Work closely with
users, database administrators and database/application designers to develop
a system that meets the functional and technical requirements. Familiar with
Oracle's Application Programming Interface (API). The candidates must have
a proven track record in Oracle Discoverer 3i, Developer 2000, Oracle Reports/Forms
6 and/ or 6i, Oracle Financials release 11i, Oracle Financial Analyzer, SQL,
PL/SQL.
Candidates must have a minimum of BS in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics
and other related fields. Oracle Certified Professional certification is desirable.

Sales Executive
In this highly visible role, the candidate will oversee all aspects of federal
sector business development, including the identification, qualification, positioning,
and capture of new business. The candidate must have a proven track record of
success in identifying, qualifying, and capturing opportunities, and the ability
to develop capture plans and proposals. A strategic thinker first and foremost,
the candidate will need the ability to create and execute strategies that lead
to new business and demonstrated experience in the development of new business
in the federal sector. Strengths in communicating, presenting information, building
relationships, and sustaining partnerships.
The candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years'
experience in the federal government and a proven record of successful business
development achievements. The candidates must have a proven track record of
full life cycle selling information technology related services to the Federal
Government. Therefore a working knowledge of government organizations is essential
and contacts which can be leveraged immediately. Also a sound understanding
of the government's procurement process and to include their strategic
purchasing and contract plans including the maze of rules, regulations, and
idiosyncrasies that drive the government business capture process. The candidate
will have a demonstrated ability to identify and win contracts and task orders
as well as to carry a multi-million dollar per year quota.
